Bio
Dr. Aikins completed his PhD in Public Administration at University of Nebraska at Omaha where he taught as an adjunct professor. He joined USF from Bank of the West in Omaha where he was an Assistant Vice President. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Government and International Affairs. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). His research interests are public financial management and economic policy, public information systems management, citizen centered e-government and risk-based policy evaluation.
