Bio
Meena Chary holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration, as well as degrees in Electrical Engineering, Economics and Management. She is a methodologist and a public policy scholar researching in the areas of human rights and information technology. She is part of the faculty of the Public Administration Program within the Department of Government and International Affairs.
